Consultation fees vary depending if you are a self-pay patient or covered by private medical health insurance; confirmed by email following an appointment request.
You may need certain tests (such as blood tests or imaging, for example an X-ray, MRI or CT scan) to help diagnose your condition. If the test is undertaken by the clinic or hospital, and not by Mr Panteliadis, the fees for those tests will be determined by the clinic or hospital and charged to you, or your private medical insurer, separately.
Please contact us for Mr Panteliadis’ fees.
Mr Panteliadis is fee assured with the following private medical insurers:
Aetna Global | AIG (HealthNow) | Alliance Care | Alliance Health Corporate | Alliance Worldwide | April UK
Aviva | AXA Healthcare | AXA International

Please contact your insurer before your consultation to check the terms of your policy, particularly the level and type of outpatient cover you have, including any reimbursement limits on individual consultation fees. Please note that you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we will happily do so but would appreciate more than 24 hours’ notice otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.
Self-pay invoices are sent by ourselves via your Carebit patient portal.
Invoices are sent directly to your health insurance provider for settlement following your consultation. Once notified that an excess is due to us by your health insurance provider, a shortfall invoice will be sent to you via your Carebit patient portal.
Payment is required within 15 days by bank transfer. Please include the invoice number as a reference.
